Accountant

Job Summary As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our Indonesia manufacturing business. This position is responsible for managing full-set accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, and internal control implementation. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing costing, bill of materials (BOM) management, and finance process improvements. Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts of [OrbusNeich Entity], including inputting and maintaining accounting entries in the accounting system, preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliation, handling invoices and payments and prepare monthly financial reports; Establish and implement finance-related internal controls in alignment with OrbusNeich Group’s operations and standard operating procedures

Work closely with production team to support the setup and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) and related costing processes Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filing; Handle year-end statutory audit;

Assist in year-end audit for group consolidation; Perform ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, hands on experience in setting up account process/system for a startup and ERP implementation, particularly Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
