We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Batam, Riau Islands. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships while driving revenue growth. This position is integral to our sales strategy and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your account management skills. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
Tanggung jawab: Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention; Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts; Developing and executing account strategies aligned with company objectives and client needs; Preparing and presenting sales proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements; Monitoring account performance and providing regular updates to management; Collaborating with internal teams including operations, delivery and support; Negotiating contracts and commercial terms whilst maintaining profitability; Conducting regular client meetings and reviews; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
